Semi-detached house adjoining another rental property and close to a gîte (hostel/hostel). Living room with kitchenette (oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine). TV. Bedroom 1 (single bed 90x190cm), shower room with WC (accessible for people with reduced mobility). Upstairs, bedroom 2 (double bed 140x190cm) and bedroom 3 (two single beds 90x190cm). Electric heating included. Cleaning service available at an extra cost. Bed linen for hire. Shared unfenced garden. Terrace. Picnic table. Barbecue. Parking. Large communal area. On the border with the Orne department, the protected natural site of La Fosse Arthour is a natural gem. Forest, rock formations, and a lake create a magical setting for hiking, mountain biking, and even rock climbing. Legend has it that King Arthur and his wife Guinevere rest here for eternity... Discover their final resting place on foot... Built on a lovely south-facing hillside, the cottages of Domaine du Roi Arthur offer a pleasant panoramic view of the wooded valley. Emmanuel, a local farmer, will personally welcome you and guide you on superb excursions in the surrounding area. From the Mortain waterfalls to the Lonlaye biscuit factory, passing by the Pear Cider Museum or medieval Domfront, there are numerous and varied walks to enjoy. It is possible to rent all the cottages on site. (25 people in total)
