Dogs only (max 2 per reservation)
A pet fee applies—please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet

💳 Security Deposit
A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your card at booking. This is an authorization only:
Fully refundable if no damages are reported within 24–48 hours after checkout
If any issues arise, we provide full documentation and transparency

To prevent system freezing and ensure steady cooling, please keep the thermostat at 72°F or higher during your stay.
🗑️ Trash Disposal
All trash must be tied securely in bags and placed in the outdoor bin provided.
