Located on the quiet outskirts of Schöningen, this vacation rental features 2 double bedrooms and is ideal for small groups. It offers affordable accommodations with basic amenities.
Each room has 2 single beds, a TV, and bed linens.
You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower, tub, and toilet.
There is ample parking available in front of the house.
From your accommodation, you’re just a short drive (30–40 km) in all directions to places like Magdeburg, Oschersleben, Wolfsburg, Braunschweig, Salzgitter, Wolfenbüttel, and Halberstadt.
You must bring your own towels.
Important, since many prospective guests don’t notice this: the apartment is not heated, so I only rent it out outside the heating season (April through October)
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all cooking utensils.
A washing machine and clothes rack are provided.
The minimum stay is 7 nights
