About this apartment rental
This modern one-bedroom loft sits inside The Indie, a design-forward building in the heart of Deep Ellum. Oversized factory-style windows pour light into the open living space and frame the skyline the way a hotel tower would, except here you get a full kitchen, a rooftop pool, and a front door that opens onto the best live music and street art in Texas.
THE SPACE
The open-plan living and dining area is made for lounging and for actually getting things done. Stretch out on the sofa in front of a large flat-screen TV, or take the teal velvet chair with a coffee and watch the city come to life through those windows. Wide-plank floors, warm wood-and-black shelving, and bold curated art give the place a gallery-loft feel without losing any comfort. A sliding barn door closes off the bedroom, so the layout works just as easily for a couple as it does for a small group. The loft sleeps three. Keyless entry means you can arrive on your own schedule.
THE KITCHEN
Full-size and genuinely cookable-in: matte black cabinetry, black subway tile, brushed brass fixtures, and dark granite counters. You have a full refrigerator, electric range and oven, over-range microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete knife set. Cook a real breakfast before the day starts, or use it as a landing pad between Deep Ellum's restaurants.
THE BEDROOM AND BATH
The bedroom has a queen bed in soft olive linens, nightstands and reading lamps on both sides, a ceiling fan, and built-in shelving so you can properly unpack. The full bathroom is finished in white subway tile with matte black and brass hardware, a tub and shower combination, a large lit vanity, fresh white towels, and refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
THE BUILDING (THIS IS THE PART GUESTS REMEMBER)
Your stay includes access to The Indie's amenity decks:
- Rooftop pool with open downtown Dallas skyline views
- Covered sky lounge with deep sectional seating, ceiling fans, and turf, the best sunset seat in the building
- Courtyard with a linear fire feature, gas grills, and outdoor dining tables
- Resident lounge and bar with wine fridge, big-screen TV, and bar seating
- Fitness center with Matrix strength equipment, treadmills, ellipticals, spin bikes, free weights, and a mural wall worth a photo
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
