both oceanfront and ocean view units. The oceanfront units have direct beach access from their
balconies. There is no elevator at Maritime Place. From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the
outdoor oceanside pool. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, which is open March 1 to November 1. Stay
connected with Maritime Place's complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit.
