Only a few minutes' walk from the train station and less than a 10-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette, the apartment enjoys a prime location close to Cannes' main attractions, including the charming Le Suquet district, the famous Forville Market, Rue d'Antibes, Rue Félix Faure, as well as numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés.
The perfect address to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of downtown Cannes while returning to the peace and tranquility of a residential setting.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

DEPOSIT : 500 € by card before check-in.
