Located in a quiet, year-round neighborhood just minutes from Peak n’ Peek and Bear Ridge Destination. Dog-friendly. Kayaks, paddle boards, Bote floats, bikes, games, grill, firepit on lakefront.

Raven Cove is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly community, so we kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful setting. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. We’re happy to welcome up to three dogs with a $100 pet fee per pet. No smoking/vaping inside.
Please note that there are ring cameras on the exterior of the main house (front, side and back of main house). The hot tub location is blocked out and there are no interior cameras.
Events
While we don’t allow large events, we welcome small gatherings or events (such as intimate dinners, celebrations, or retreats) with prior approval and an additional signed rental agreement.
- Maximum group size: 50
- Event fee: Varies by event, please inquire.
- Requirements: Advance notice and written approval are required. Please share details about your event when booking (type, number of guests, hours, etc.).
- Noise and neighbor policy: Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10PM. No amplified music outdoors.
- Unauthorized events or exceeding the approved guest limit will result in additional charges.
