The Space:

Inside, the living room centers around an in-wall fireplace with a smart TV mounted above, creating a comfortable place to stream your favorite shows from the couch. A selection of board games can keep everyone entertained between adventures. Just beyond, the modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals, complete with counter seating for two and a dining table for four for everything from breakfast before the lake to dinner together at the end of the day. From the deck, a tree-lined setting creates a peaceful backdrop with a sneaking view of Table Rock Lake through the trees.



Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or unwinding as the sun begins to set, The One on the Water offers a comfortable home base for experiencing everything the Branson area has to offer.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, 2 twin size bunk style beds, and a smart TV.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a one level, walk down unit with 24 steps to reach the entrance.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• A 9 hole mini golf course with clubs and balls is available for guest use.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking pass required and can be found in the unit.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.



RESORT RULES: (Fines will be issued for not following these rules)

• NO DUALLY TRUCKS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.

• NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES WITH SIGNAGE PERMITTED.

• DO NOT BACK INTO PARKING SPACES.

• No bumper or hitches can be extended over the sidewalk.

• Parking pass must be filled out and displayed in vehicle(s) at all times throughout your stay. Guests are subject to fines if the completed pass is not displayed.

• No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes toolboxes, kayaks.

• No over-size vehicles.

• No trailers other than boat trailers allowed in the designated trailer parking. Trailer parking is available in the designated parking area only and MUST have the yellow circle pass hanging on their trailer. No cars/trucks can be parking in this area and they must be in between the lines.

• There is NO boat launch or slips available at this subdivision. The closest place is Port of Kimberling Marina aka What's Up Doc.
