Private Apartment in the Country yet 10 minutes to town.

Unwind in McMinnville at this pleasant apartment. It resides in a quiet residential neighborhood, on a dead end street.

There are no stairs to navigate, and the unit has its own parking space. The apartment features one cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a comfortable living room that includes a sofa bed. There is a large screen smart TV with Netflix and Prime already loaded up.

Guests enjoy a clean bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The apartment stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, and thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience. There’s a full kitchen if you need to chill some drinks or want to eat in. Basic kitchen ammenities are included. Whether relaxing after a day out or catching up on rest, this peaceful country spot offers a welcoming vibe. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in McMinnville.

Please note that you have to walk through the bedroom to reach the bathroom. So while the unit technically sleeps 4, it lends itself more to families rather than two couples. Also be aware that the apartment is attached to my family home. It is a totally private space with its own separate entry, but it isn't an individual dwelling. It shares a roof, an interior wall, and a driveway with the main house.
