Villa Canoa 8 is a modern 7-bedroom suite villa with a clean contemporary design, located in the exclusive Puntacana Resort. The home is filled with natural light and designed to let the breeze flow throughout. The spacious living room lets you enjoy a cool indoor space or open up to the natural breeze through large sliding doors. The dining area seats 12 guests, includes a built-in TV, and offers beautiful lake views perfect for shared meals and relaxing moments. The master suites include a private terrace with peaceful views.



7th bedroom upon request. The studio features a private entrance, ensuite bathroom, TV room, and a flexible bedding setup (spacious & comfortable sofa bed, ideal for kids). Base rate includes 6 bedrooms. The studio is available for an additional nightly fee.

The villa is located within the Punta Cana Resort & Club, which offers guests access to world-class amenities, including a championship golf course, a private beach club, tennis courts, and several restaurants and bars. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the resort's many activities, including snorkeling, scuba diving, and fishing excursions.



Cancellation Policy:



Any cancellation must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to arrival, under penalty of losing the entire deposit. Cancellations within 59 days or less will not be refunded.



Dec. 18 thru Jan. 5 and Thanksgiving week: The Reservation Deposit is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.



In the event that the cancellation is due to force majeure, the Intermediary will propose to the Renter new possible rental dates available for the same property, within a period of twelve (12) months from the signing of this agreement, and taking into account possible rate changes per season.



The total rate displayed includes the 18% governmental tax.
