The Rolli-Oase Olpenitz vacation rental is fully wheelchair-accessible and offers you a first-class vacation experience right by the coast in a spacious 85-square-meter living area.
This modern, ground-floor apartment—featuring a ramp leading to the front door—stands out for its barrier-free design and well-thought-out amenities that leave nothing to be desired. The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living area, which features a high-quality kitchen with a wheelchair-accessible sink and cooktop. Here, you’ll find state-of-the-art appliances, including an induction stove, a dishwasher, and a separate freezer. The oven is positioned higher and features telescoping rails.
The vacation rental offers two separate bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a double bed with a comfortable entry height and an electrically adjustable slatted frame. Here you’ll also find wall bars and a mat for your use. The second bedroom features two cozy single beds, one of which is height-adjustable thanks to a motorized frame.
The wood-burning stove ensures relaxing evenings, while the installed radiant floor heating lets you enjoy a comfortable living environment year-round. Technical amenities include a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The sofa in the living area provides two additional sleeping spots (160x200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower featuring extra grab bars and a shower chair. The toilet is raised, accessible from both sides, and equipped with fold-down grab bars. The sink and mirror cabinet are also adapted for wheelchair users. In addition, there is a private infrared sauna for relaxing wellness moments after a day in the fresh air.
The outdoor area features a private terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair, perfect for relaxing; an electric grill is available for convivial meals under the open sky. The terrace is also easily accessible for wheelchair users. In the lockable bike shed, you’ll find a bike available for your use during your stay. Perfect for picking up fresh bread rolls at the bakery in the morning. We’ve also thought of our younger guests: a high chair and a crib are provided, and pets are welcome by arrangement.
You can conveniently park your car in the free private parking space directly at the accommodation; an electric vehicle charging station is also available. Additionally, you’ll find a spare wheelchair and a spare walker in the vacation rental.
