Welcome to your home away from home on the edge of The Woodlands in Conroe, Texas. This comfortable single-level 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to six and sits minutes from top hospitals, corporate campuses, shopping and concerts. It is an ideal base for travel nurses, relocating professionals, families and visitors.
Sleeping is a King in the master, a Queen in the second bedroom, and a Queen with a twin trundle in the third, all with quality linens. Two full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. The kitchen has a granite island, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and cooking basics. The living area has a vaulted ceiling with an exposed beam, a stone fireplace and a smart TV.
The standout is outside: a flagstone patio under a full-length covered pergola strung with lights, with a hammock, cushioned lounge seating, a gas grill and a charcoal smoker, set in a fenced backyard shaded by tall pines. Also included are a full-size washer and dryer, fast WiFi, a desk and printer, central heating and cooling, driveway parking for up to four vehicles, and smart-lock self check-in.
Location is the highlight. Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital is about 2 miles away and Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center about 4 miles. The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is roughly 10 minutes, The Woodlands Mall and Market Street under 10 minutes, the ExxonMobil campus about 15 minutes, and George Bush Intercontinental Airport about 24 minutes.
