The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house in Le Tronchet for rent. It has a floor area of 125 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a 50 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 3,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The various rooms in the house are spread over the ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- A 50 m² living area with a TV, a fireplace (first fire included), sofas and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
On the first floor, you will find:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom (with bath and toilet)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
