The side street leads to the forest promenade, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. In about 5 minutes, you will reach the beach with pier, the spa promenade, and the narrow-gauge railway station of the Rasender Roland. Shops, restaurants, and the spa center are within walking distance.
The apartment is lovingly decorated in a maritime style and is suitable for non-smokers. It offers around 59 m² of space for 2 to 4 adults. The living room features a comfortable sofa, coffee table, reading lamp, armchair, stool, lowboard, smart TV, Blu-ray player, and a music system with radio, DAB radio, CD player, USB port, and Bluetooth. An electric fireplace provides pleasant warmth on cool days. Wi-Fi is included. The enclosed veranda is furnished with a dining table and chairs.
