The Space
The cottage is a private, separate one-bedroom home located toward the back of the property.
It includes:
* 1 comfortable bedroom
* 1 full bathroom
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Living and dining area
* Washer and dryer
* Private outdoor deck
* Outdoor seating area
* Barbecue grill
* Private backyard area
* Two designated parking spaces
* Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler available for guest use
The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials you need to prepare meals and enjoy a comfortable stay.
Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire cottage, including the private deck and designated backyard area.
Two parking spaces are reserved specifically for cottage guests.
The cottage shares the larger property with a separate main house, but it is independently located and provides guests with their own private living space and outdoor area.
Please note: Cottage guests do not have access to the swimming pool.
