Ideally situated, you are just a short walk from downtown and the stunning beaches of Payette Lake. Adventure is always right around the corner—you're only two minutes from Ponderosa State Park and the McCall Public Golf Course, five miles from the summer trails and Nordic tracks at Bear Basin, and just 12 miles from Brundage Mountain Resort.
Inside, the home features a well-stocked kitchen, giving you everything you need to cook up hearty meals after a day outdoors. Guests also receive complimentary access to The Club, an impressive on-site health facility offering an 18-yard indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, racquetball courts, and a full gym circuit (authorization form required prior to entry). During the warmer months, step outside to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, playground, and BBQ areas. The hot tub is a community hot tub located at "The Club" in the Aspen Village.
This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.
Aspen Parking:
Each unit has one assigned parking space in addition to the garage parking. The parking space is located immediately in front of the garage or unit.
Trailer parking is restricted. Only trailers 16' and under are allowed on Aspen property. Those trailers must be parked in the designated space, NOT in the general parking area. Trailers over 16' and/or additional trailers are not allowed.
The general parking lot area is extremely limited. Vehicles must be parked perpendicular to the roadway to maximize the number of available spaces. Parallel parking is not allowed. Use of the limited general parking is on a first-come, first-served basis for owners, renters, or their visitors. Storing a vehicle in the general parking areas is not permitted.

In front of entrances/access areas to unit walkways
In front of dumpsters
In front of fire hydrants
In front of garages of another unit
In front of entrances to storage buildings

DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals:
Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided, where required, is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
