- Bedroom 1: Queen ensuite bedroom with full private bathroom (sleeps 2) on upper level
- Bedroom 2: Queen ensuite bedroom with full private bathroom (sleeps 2) on upper level
- Living Room: Queen pull out 4" foam mattress sofa bed (sleeps 2) on lower level

BATHROOMS

- Bathroom 1: Full bathroom w/ stand-up shower and tub combination. Located inside Bedroom 1 on upper level
- Bathroom 2: Full bathroom w/ stand-up shower and tub combination. Located inside Bedroom 2 on upper level
- Bathroom 3: Full bathroom w/ stand-up shower. Located in living room on lower level

KITCHEN AND DINING

- We welcome you to fully utilize all the stainless steel appliances (stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge) to fix yourself a meal
- All types of cookware and utensils are thoughtfully provided to ensure you're well prepared ahead for any recipes. Basic spices are also available
- Wake up and start your morning the right way with a dedicated coffee bar. A Keurig duo (for K-Cup pods and ground coffee) as well as tea are provided
- Quartz countertops give you adequate space to stay in and prepare a home-cooked meal
- Spacious dining table seats 6 comfortably, so no one is left out!

AMENITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT

- Fast, reliable, and free wifi with work-from-home desk setup
- We love providing all guests with paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, body wash, hand soap, laundry pods, and many more consumables
- Outdoor fire pit (please bring your own firewood)
- Staying for a couple of days and need to keep your clothes fresh? Help yourself to our full size washer and dryer
- Feeling like you need a yoga session or want to do a quick workout? Get active with our yoga mats
- Are you a huge fan of grilling? A park-style grill is located right in front of the cabin next to the fire pit (bring your own charcoal)
- Fresh bath and bed linens are provided - save space in your luggage as you will not need to pack them!
- A bit in the mood to be competitive? Start up a board game, battle each other in the arcade, & hit a bullseye or two with darts

PARKING

- Private driveway fits 2 full-sized cars

INDOOR FIREPLACE

- Our local propane company turns off our propane tank valve and fireplace pilot flame starting on March 1st and is scheduled to turn it back on mid-October. During this period, please use the portable heaters provided in the cabin as needed.

WINTER DRIVING

- Please be mindful that you are renting a cabin in the mountains. Most roads in our area are well maintained but will be curvy, steep and narrow due to being located in the mountains. There are limited streetlights on mountain roads. These are city roads, so we cannot guarantee any road surface condition. No changes or refunds are given due to fear of heights or roads.
- Snow tire chains and/or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly encouraged during winter months in the event of inclement weather.
- We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and/or chains.

Please remember you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible.

You will have private use to the entire cabin and all its amenities during your stay
