This renovated holiday home is located just 1,000 metres from the beach in a peaceful holiday home area, near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, far from traffic noise.
The 1,500 m² garden features two terraces, one partly covered with a gazebo. You'll also find a fire pit, swings, a sandbox and a large trampoline.
The house has two bedrooms: one with a large double bed and one with a 160 × 200 cm double bed plus a bunk bed for two children (up to around 10–12 years).
The spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area includes a wood-burning stove, heat pump, dishwasher and washing machine, with seating for eight. The bathroom has underfloor heating.
The cosy living room offers TV, Chromecast and German satellite channels. Families with young children can use the travel cot, high chair, two children's chairs, baby bath, changing table and stroller. Outside, both charcoal and gas barbecues are available.
The property is only 4 km from the charming town of Nykøbing Sjælland, 9 km from Rørvig, 6 km from Sommerland Sjælland and 18 km from a small zoo.
