Week of 4/9-4/16 - 2027. Minimum 4 night "Weekend"rental.
This rental covers the first weekend of the Coachella Valley Music Festival. A shuttle bus to the music festivals stops at DSV. See the concierge right away when checking in for the bus schedule.
Reserved access usually available to the pool, tennis courts and the two golf courses of the next door JW Marriott hotel located on the same property. You'll love taking a gondola ride from the huge lobby/bar area then outside to the array of shops and restaurants at the hotel. You don't want to miss that.
Free shuttle bus with stops between various locations at DSV, the adjacent resort and the hotel.
FREE covered parking and Wifi included.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a minimum stay of 4 nights - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish you can extend your stay after the festival into Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - the 13th, 14th and 15th, you can rent one, two or all of the 3 nights for just $110.00/night - no minimums. Disregard the $160 price and the minimums you see on the calendar as they are for anyone who wants to rent any of those 3 nights who is NOT renting the weekend nights.
Those extra 3 nights will remain available to the "Weekend" renter unless smeone else comes along to rent them.
The property has access to 7 separate pools and 3 jacuzzis, lots of BBQs, 2 fitness centers, convenience store, several fire pits and even facilities for kids.
DESCRIPTIONS: The Studio unit sleeps 4. It is spacious with a 2-room bathroom - one with a 2-person whirlpool tub, counter and sink, the other with counter, sink, toilet and stall shower. It has a large TV, 2 queen-size beds, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a good size refrigerator.
A major supermarket is just 5 minutes away from the entrance to the resort.
Desert Springs Villas is a short, under 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its many restaurants and chic shops. Many places have nightime dancing.
It is a 20 -25 minute drive down the famous Highway 111 to go from Palm Desert to Palm Springs. Then another 20-minute drive to the Casino in Cabazon located nearby to a large outlet mall.
