The villa accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool (please see the T&Cs for more information on how to heat it) along with a comfortable terrace area for sunbathing. Please be aware that this property consists of three bedrooms where the opening and availability depends on occupancy of the booking group. If the reservation is for 1 or 2 guests, only the main suite will be opened; between 3 and 4 guests, a second bedroom will be opened as well as the third bathroom; and between 5 and 6 guests, the three bedrooms of the villa will be opened. If you wish to have all of the bedrooms opened, but are a group of less than 5 people, please enquire during the booking process and we can make this arrangement for you.

Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Please note that for longer stays the maintenance person will need to enter the terrace to clean the pool and check the water quality.
