The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a well-maintained building and is easily accessible by elevator. It impresses with its bright, friendly atmosphere and a well-thought-out floor plan.
The Accommodation
The spacious living and dining room is perfect for dining together, relaxing, playing games, or watching TV. From here, you can step out onto the long balcony, which stretches the entire length of the apartment’s facade. After an eventful day, enjoy the impressive sunsets and the great view there, and let the evening wind down in peace.
Two separate bedrooms offer plenty of space for up to five people:
- one bedroom with two comfortable single beds
- another bedroom with three single beds and direct access to the balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking—from dishes and cooking utensils to essential kitchen appliances such as an oven with a stovetop, a refrigerator, a freezer, a kettle, a Philips Senseo coffee maker, and a toaster.
The bathroom has a shower. There is also a separate toilet—especially convenient when you have multiple guests.
For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are also available.
