Cocoonr is offering this charming 47 m² studio flat in Janvry for rent, which can accommodate up to 2 guests. With Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we’re just waiting for you!
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living area with a TV, armchairs and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area open to the living room with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
The studio is ideally situated in Janvry, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Things to do:
- ‘La Chanson’, a former artists’ residence, once home to Coco Chanel, amongst others.
- Janvry, renowned for its free wildlife park and its many events throughout the year: a medieval festival in summer, a sandy beach, a Christmas market and a ski slope in winter.
- Marivaux Golf Course.
- A treetop adventure park.
- A motocross track.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park.
