The Neighborhood:
Patmore Estate sits in the heart of Battersea, SW8 — a quiet, leafy residential pocket just a stone's throw from Battersea Power Station, with its shops, restaurants, cinema and riverside walks along the Thames. Queenstown Road and Battersea Park rail stations are both close by, alongside the Northern line at Battersea Power Station, opening up fast links across the city. Chelsea's King's Road and Battersea Park itself are both a short walk away, with regular buses running from right outside.
Getting Around:
Patmore Estate is well placed for exploring London by public transport. Battersea Power Station (Northern line) is a short walk away, alongside Queenstown Road and Battersea Park rail stations, both running direct into Waterloo and Victoria in around 10–15 minutes. Frequent buses run along Wandsworth Road and Battersea Park Road for cross-town journeys, and in good weather the Uber Boat river service from Battersea Power Station Pier is a scenic way to reach the City or the West End. Taxis and ride-hailing are readily available, and central London is generally a 20–25 minute journey by tube or rail. The apartment comes with a resident's parking permit covering one vehicle, so guests driving down are covered for on-street parking right outside — just let them know only one car can be accommodated under the permit.
