Welcome to your Destin beach getaway! Located in the sought-after Destiny West community, this beautiful home is just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Enjoy the community pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and playground. Perfect for families and beach lovers, with dining, shopping, and everything Destin has to offer just minutes away. Primary renter must be 25+.
Age Requirement:
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
• Government issued ID may be required.
• Reservation made by guests under 25 will be canceled without refund.
HOA Regulations:
• No trailers, boats, or RV`s allowed on the premises.
• Parking is prohibited on the street or in the right of way, and blocking
sidewalks is not permitted.
• Any violations may result in ticketing and towing at the guest`s expense.
Property Care and Maintenance:
• No pets allowed.
• No partying allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• Guests are responsible for inspecting the unit upon arrival and reporting
any damages immediately.
• Please rinse off sand with the front porch hose before entering the house.
• Close all doors to prevent the AC unit from freezing.
• Avoid setting AC below 68 degrees.
• No spray or colored sunscreen is permitted inside the house.
• Do not hang towels on front porch railings.
• Clean the dryer vent after every use to prevent fire hazards.
• Do not dispose of tampons or sanitary napkins in toilets.
