Welcome to Seascape Haven!



Fresh, comfortable, and designed for easy group stays, Seascape Haven gives families and friends a welcoming place to recharge between Oregon Coast adventures. The main living level brings the kitchen, dining area, and living room together in one bright gathering space, so everyone can stay connected whether you are preparing breakfast, sharing a meal, or winding down by the fireplace. The smart TV makes movie nights easy, while the clean, modern interiors create a calm backdrop for time together.



The kitchen is equipped for everyday vacation meals with a refrigerator and freezer, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and generous prep space. Island seating adds a casual spot for morning coffee or conversation, and the nearby dining area keeps meals social and relaxed.



All three bedrooms are located on the upper level. The main north bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the middle bedroom offers a queen bed and the south bedroom has a second king. Two full bathrooms and a half bath help the home work well for groups, and the in-home LG washer and dryer make longer stays more convenient.



The attached garage and driveway are available for guest use, with parking for up to four vehicles total: two in the garage and two in the driveway. Please note that this is a multi-level townhome: there are four steps to the front door, approximately 16 carpeted steps from the entry to the upper floor, and approximately 16 hard-surface steps from the kitchen and dining hallway to the garage level. The home does not include a pool, hot tub, grill, firepit, or game room.



Guest Access:

Blue Pacific by Portoro offers convenient self check-in. Property-specific entry instructions will be sent by email and text before arrival. Guests have private use of the townhome and attached garage.



• Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles total: 2 in the attached garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is not available.

• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

The Depoe Hills community provides a comfortable home base for exploring the coast while keeping restaurants, viewpoints, and everyday essentials within a convenient drive.

The central location makes it simple to explore Gleneden Beach, Lincoln City, Newport, and the many state parks and scenic stops along Highway 101.



• Local Dining & Shopping

Depoe Bay offers seafood, casual dining, coffee, sweets, and locally owned shops near the harbor. Additional groceries, restaurants, and attractions are available in Lincoln City and Newport.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Depoe Bay and the Central Oregon Coast. The home includes parking for up to 4 vehicles total: 2 in the attached garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is not available. Highway 101 provides access to nearby coastal communities, viewpoints, beaches, dining, and attractions. Rideshare and taxi availability can be limited and may vary by season and time of day.

Other Things to Note:

House Rules & Important Property Information

• All guests staying at one of our Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.

• Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.

• All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.

• Occupancy: The maximum occupancy applies at all times and includes both overnight and temporary guests. Group rentals involving more than one property are not permitted when the group's total size exceeds the maximum occupancy of the largest Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro property rented, regardless of who manages the other property.

• Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. All guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro.

• Before check-in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.

• Multi-Level Home: Interior and exterior stairs are required to access portions of the home.

• Parking: Maximum 4 vehicles total, with 2 spaces in the attached garage and 2 spaces in the driveway. Street parking is not available.

• No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted.

• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home.

• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise low and be considerate of neighbors, especially from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

• No Pool / Hot Tub / Grill: These amenities are not provided at this home.

• Report Damage: Please report any damage or maintenance concern promptly.

• Coastal Wildlife: Do not feed wildlife, and keep food and trash secured.

• Personal Grills: Personal charcoal, propane, electric, or portable grills are not permitted.

• Pets: This is a no-pet home. Service animals are handled according to applicable law and approved policy.

• Hotel tax collection: Both Lincoln County and the State of Oregon require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 1.5% and the county requires 12%.

Final guest policies, fees, check-in/check-out times, and property-specific restrictions remain subject to the approved rental agreement and pre-arrival instructions.

After booking, guests will receive required reservation documents and, before arrival, property-specific check-in instructions for convenient self check-in. We typically check in during the stay to help ensure a smooth experience and remain available for questions, including after-hours emergency support.
