THE ACCOMMODATION: like an independent house
Enjoy the charm of the Périgord countryside in this T3 of 50 m² completely renovated and on one level. If it is located on the first floor of a stone house, the accommodation offers the total privacy of a detached house:
- Totally independent entrance with private gate.
- Parking of your vehicle under shelter in your fully fenced private space.
- Separate private garden (the other part of the house has its own access and parking via another street).
A haven of freshness in summer: thanks to its thick stone walls, its semi-underground location, its surrounding vegetation and its through windows equipped with mosquito nets and electric shutters, the accommodation retains optimal natural coolness (23°C to 25°C even during hot weather at 40°C!). A ceiling fan in the living room brings a pleasant breeze if needed.
Beds & Layout (4 to 5 adults)
- Bedroom 1: Double bed 160×200 cm (possibility of installing a baby cot brought by you).
- Modular bedroom 2: 2 single beds (80 cm) or 1 large double bed (160 cm) according to your needs.
- Living room: New sofa bed (140×190 cm).
- Sanitary facilities: Modern bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet.
- Bed linen included, towels optional.
