Location, proximity to the beach, big house, especially the big lawn! We were a family of 3, total 9 people with kids. Everything was comfortable. The property has so many large windows, and greenery all over. Very cozy and peaceful atmosphere with the sound of the waves as background!
Check-in time is from 5pm, which was very inconvenient and short. Especially in Japan check-in times are usually from 2pm or 3pm. We were allowed to keep the bags after 1pm, but checking in at 5pm isn’t sufficient if you’re planning for a 1 night stay, the sunsets pretty early and you don’t get to enjoy the property with daylight long enough.
Sauna and barbecue weren’t allowed, but maybe these are under renovation. No toothbrushes but towels were available.
