We stayed here as a family with children and had a very comfortable stay. The interior was especially beautiful — you could really feel the attention to detail in the furniture, lighting, and materials throughout the house. It was stylish but still warm and relaxing, and the space felt even better in person than in the photos. The washer-dryer and well-equipped kitchen were also very convenient for traveling with kids. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.
Even if you ask for improvements, I can't find any flaws, and I don't think it could get any better.

We had a fantastic stay as a group of six across two families. We were deeply impressed by the thoughtful design and warm hospitality. The spacious living and dining areas provided a great place for everyone to gather and relax, while the four bedrooms and separate shower/bathroom facilities on different floors gave each family plenty of privacy. It was extraordinarily helpful for our group. We would definitely love to stay here again the next time we visit Tokyo!
There were no downsides at all.
