Villa Casa del Mar (CMA) is one of St. Barth's most remarkable properties, located in the exclusive Domaine du Levant community in Petit Cul de Sac. This luxury estate spans over 3 hectares (7.5 acres), encompassing two connected villas—Casa del Mar and Casa del Sol—offering panoramic views of the ocean and unparalleled privacy.
Recently renovated, the villas feature modern minimalist interiors with high-end furnishings from B&B Italia and Dedon, complemented by artwork from internationally renowned artists. The villas are positioned to maximize breathtaking views of the Atlantic and are surrounded by lush landscaping, perfect for walking and enjoying the natural beauty of the island.
Casa del Sol, perched at the highest point of the property, includes a master suite, guest bedroom, private pool, sun decks, a living area, and a fully equipped Valcucine kitchen. Connected by landscaped pathways, Casa del Mar features four additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, private sun decks, and serene decor with white and gray tones accented by tropical colors.
Both villas offer expansive shared spaces, including outdoor and indoor dining areas, two swimming pools (one heated), a state-of-the-art kitchen, an air-conditioned living room, and a cinema room. For fitness enthusiasts, a fully equipped gym is available on the lower level. The outdoor areas are equally luxurious, with multiple terraces, sundecks, a large pavilion for barbecues, and a stone Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean.
