*HURRICANE SEASON - Guests are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and making travel decisions accordingly. Hurricane season in Puerto Rico is from June 1 through November 30.

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we provide reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $30 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $220 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $77/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted to complete an identity verification before your reservation date. (Not applicable for Airbnb stays)

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

* PETS - Pets are not allowed at this property. There is a $500 fee for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
