Unwind in the hot tub, recharge in the red-light sauna, gather around the fire pits, or relax in the Tiny Haus game room. With an EV level 2 charger, thoughtfully designed spaces, and world-class hiking, fishing, rafting, and the Mountain Loop Highway just minutes away, it's the perfect North Cascades escape.

The space
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. Enjoy floor-to-ceiling river views, a cozy gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a custom espresso and coffee bar, an expandable dining table for larger groups, and a spacious mudroom for all your outdoor gear.

- No river access from the property due to the high bank
- Public access is available just ½ mile away at Backman County Park

A Tesla Level 2 charger is available on-site, along with an adapter compatible with most non-Tesla electric vehicles.

Guest access
You'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main house, Tiny Haus, hot tub, sauna, and all outdoor living spaces.

A unique gate code will be sent the day before your arrival for convenient self check-in. Once inside the gate, you'll find ample parking for multiple vehicles, along with a large gravel turnaround that makes arriving and departing easy.

Bringing toys? There's plenty of room to park trailers for boats, UTVs, snowmobiles, or other recreational equipment.

Other things to note
- Peaceful mountain retreat just outside Darrington in the North Cascades.
- Grab groceries before you arrive - shopping and dining options are limited nearby.
- High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. Cell service varies by carrier.
- River views, but no direct river access. Backman County Park is just ½ mile away for fishing, rafting, kayaking, and swimming.
- Wildlife is part of the experience! Deer, eagles, rabbits, and other native wildlife are common visitors.
- Wood-burning fire pits may be restricted during seasonal burn bans.
- Winter guests: AWD/4WD and traction devices may be recommended during snowy conditions.
- Owner's shop and RV: A shop and RV are located on the property and are used by the owners only when the home is not reserved. During your stay, the property is exclusively yours to enjoy.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- No pets (to protect guests with sensitivities).
- Do not add any bubbles/bath salts/oils or anything to the hot tub (it affects the chemicals and sanitization).
