AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Optional round-trip transportation between Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and the apartment is available for an additional US$75.

OPTIONAL HOUSEKEEPING

Additional housekeeping can be arranged with at least 24 hours' notice for an additional fee. This service can be especially convenient for extended stays.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the apartment and its amenities, with the exception of two locked storage closets reserved exclusively for the owners:

• One located in the kitchen
• One located next to the main entrance

All other areas of the apartment are available for your comfort and enjoyment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Electricity

Your stay includes 15 kWh of electricity per day. Any consumption above the included allowance is charged at US$0.45 per additional kWh, based on actual usage.

Any applicable balance must be paid before check-out. Please review and agree to the property rules regarding electricity before your stay.

Utility Service

Utility service is generally reliable and interruptions are rare. However, temporary power outages may occasionally occur due to severe weather or unexpected local utility issues.

In the uncommon event of an outage, the condominium's water pumps may also be temporarily affected until electricity is restored.

Elevator Access

The apartment is located on the fifth floor and is accessible by elevator. While elevator service is normally available, occasional maintenance or temporary interruptions may occur.

Community Development

Cielo Mar Apartment is located in the completed Phase 1 of Canas del Este. Other areas of the community continue to be developed, so construction activity and related noise may occasionally occur nearby.

Typical construction hours:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: Until 12:00 PM
