Bring your family to enjoy our spacious, beautifully maintained pool home, designed for comfort and relaxation. Spend your days relaxing along side the heated saltwater pool with a waterfall for cool ambient sound. The patio is enclosed in a Lanai with mature Bamboo trees screening the rear for privacy.
Built in 2019, this open floor plan home features a master bedroom with a king size bed, large walk-in shower, two additional charming bedrooms, a large dining area and a well-equipped kitchen.
The space
Welcome to the Saltwater Palm, our Treasure Coast getaway!
Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, our home features an open-concept layout with a spacious great room, comfortable leather seating, a 70-inch Smart TV, and high speed internet.
If you love cooking or baking, this fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, a large island, a coffee bar with an Espresso maker, Cuisinart air fryer toaster oven, Ninja Nutri Blender, and Kitchen aid mixer making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six guests.
The thoughtfully designed split-bedroom floor plan provides privacy for everyone. The primary suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds, a dresser, and a Smart TV in all the bedrooms. A second full bathroom is conveniently located near the guest rooms.
Your Private Backyard Oasis
Step outside and discover your own private backyard oasis. The screened, heated 30-foot pool is available year-round and features a waterfall and a jet bench at the deep end, creating the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Enjoy outdoor dining with seating for six at the patio table or an intimate table for two under the evening lights. Curl up on the patio furniture and watch your favorite show or catch the game on the 65- inch Smart TV.
Gather family and friends for a game of cornhole or ladder ball in the backyard, fire up the gas grill for an outdoor meal, or simply unwind with a glass of wine while enjoying the soothing sound of the illuminated waterfall. Bamboo landscaping provides additional privacy, creating a peaceful retreat.
The location is hard to beat. Two excellent golf courses and tennis facilities are within a five-minute drive, while the Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens and Riverwalk are just a short walk away. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, guests will be asked to complete a rental agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID before check-in, consistent with Vrbo's policy for software-connected hosts. A refundable security hold will be placed on the payment card prior to arrival.
For security purposes, exterior cameras maintain the monitoring of the property. There are Ring cameras at the door, driveway, and pool equipment area. There are no cameras inside the home or monitoring guest living spaces.
Please note: Winter rentals are available by calendar month only. Occasionally you will find an open week or two available during the winter months.
Guest limit over night is 6, during the day with an additional 6 during the day. No parties, gatherings or events.
Other things to note
Pool heat is automatic and is heated year round. There are no controls for the guests to change except for turning on the waterfall, lights and spa shelf jets if they wish. Minimum age to rent: 25
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, (with the exception of the garage and 1 closet). Your access includes the screened pool area, backyard, and storage shed, where you'll find games, pool floats, and beach gear. Property was very nice and comfortable well stocked as well. The only drawback is there is no privacy in the backyard. It is close to the neighbors house and wide open so if you're looking for a private backyard, then it's not for you but otherwise very nice.

We had such an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well-maintained. It was stocked with everything we needed, and the thoughtful amenities made our stay comfortable and convenient.The pool was gorgeous, clean, and a perfect place to relax. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental in Port St. Lucie.A special thank you to the owners for sharing such a wonderful home with us. The house is immaculate, pool is nice and area is good to do anything you want within about 15 minutes! Everything you need to enjoy your stay!!

We had a great time at this property, it came with more extras than any rental we’ve had previously. Stuff to use at the beach, cleaning supplies along with the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils etc. This was also the only rental where I didn’t have access to a garage to store everything we needed to travel with, but we made the shed work so no big deal. I would definitely rent this home again, the interior is very nice and the master bedroom shower was amazing. Beds were comfy for everyone, plenty of tv’s for everyone to use. Thank you!
