SHORT DESCRIPTION
Cozy modern apartment located between the Monteverde and Gianicolense districts, an authentic and quiet residential area of Rome. Nearby there are several tram and bus lines that allow you to reach various areas of the city and the main points of interest.
The apartment, recently furnished with modern materials and finishes, can accommodate up to 2 people and is the ideal solution for couples and travelers who want to stay in a comfortable environment away from the chaos of the center. The experience is completed by a pleasant private outdoor area where you can relax or have outdoor meals.

THE SPACES
The apartment is about 45 square meters and is located in the basement. To access it, it is necessary to walk a few flights of stairs; for this reason it may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The living area is large and bright, furnished with a comfortable sofa, flat screen Smart TV inserted in a modern equipped wall, dining table for two people and hot/cold air conditioning system. A large window overlooks the small private terrace/garden, perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation outdoors or for having breakfast, lunch or dinner. A particularly romantic detail is represented by the two internal windows placed above the TV, which visually connect the living room with the bedroom, creating an intimate and original atmosphere.
The kitchenette is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare your meals: induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, mocha and basic cooking kit.
The double bedroom offers a comfortable and relaxing environment, equipped with a large window, Smart TV, independent split air conditioning and heating, bedside tables with bedside lamps, spacious wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror.
The bathroom, large and functional, is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, large mirror, hairdryer and courtesy set.
Guests will also have access to free high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, iron, drying rack and vacuum cleaner. All rooms are characterized by elegant parquet floors and an efficient air conditioning and heating system.
A crib for babies is available on request at a cost of €10 per night.

The area offers a perfect balance between residential tranquility and services: in the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars and shops of all kinds, allowing you to immerse yourself in Roman daily life.
A few minutes away are the suggestive district of Monteverde and the famous Porta Portese market, one of the most characteristic in the city. The location is also convenient for reaching the greenery of Villa Doria Pamphilj, the largest public park in Rome, ideal for walks, outdoor activities and moments of relaxation.
Thanks to the nearby tram and bus lines, it is possible to move to the historic center and easily visit some of the main attractions of the Eternal City, including Trastevere, Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Colosseum.
