About this house rental
Welcome to my childhood home. This home was originally built in 1938. It's been in my family for over 50 years. It has many modern amenities. It's 900 sq ft, with a full size kitchen. House is wired for streaming music. Multipurpose room can function as dedicated workspace, sunroom or additional sleeping area (Sofa Bed). Private backyard designed to promote relaxation & enjoyment. Gated parking on the premises. I hope you enjoy the calm & peacefulness of my home.
The space
Sofa bed is not located in the living room. It is located in the office and privacy curtains to close off doorway are provided as needed.
50" Smart TV in living room. 43" Smart TV in each bedroom. HD Antenna for local digital channels as well as apps for personal streaming accounts, i.e. Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc.
