Cozy studio in Burlington - 30+ Day Rental

This first floor (no 2nd story above this space) studio (300 sq. ft.) is centrally located in downtown Burlington close to the shopping and dining district.
To adhere to Burlington city rental regulations, this apartment must be rented for 30 or more days at a time and is rented by the calendar month. Please select stays that start on the first of the month. February stays start on January 31st. If you plan to arrive after your check in date or leave before your check out date, this is fine. The washer and dryer are available for your use and are in the entryway to the building behind the fuchsia doors.
We provide a free parking pass to the Courthouse Plaza Garage, a 24 hour indoor garage 3 blocks away from the apartment. The entrance to the garage is on King St. There is free on street parking on the section of King St that this apartment is on. There are also city meters that can be managed with the smart phone application, Parkmobile. These meters can be parked at for as long as you want as long as you pay them $1.5 per hour every 3 hours from 8AM to 10PM. The WiFi is provided through fiber.
