Welcome to Canyon House! Escape to your own private slice of canyon paradise. Nestled on 20 acres, this newly remodeled home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort, peaceful surroundings, and wide-open space to truly unwind.
The approach sets the scenic tone - a narrow, paved road winds you into the canyon, creating a peaceful, tucked-away feel while still being accessible by standard vehicles and a short drive to Kern River, Lake Isabella, and Downtown Kernville.
Nestled in the scenic Kern River Valley, it is not located near the entrance of Sequoia National Forest. The home is 1 hour from the Trail of 100 Giants, where guests can experience the beauty of giant sequoias or 3 hours from Sequoia National Park Ash Mountain entrance.
The property is gated for added privacy and security. Upon arrival, guests will need to briefly exit their vehicle to unlock the gate using code provided and swing the lightweight gate open before driving in.
