The Space:

Discover ultimate coastal living in this beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment with waterfront access. The main bedroom offers a luxurious king bed with ocean views to wake up to each morning. The second bedroom is highly versatile, featuring a king bed that can be configured as two single beds upon request, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for comfort, ample clothing storage, luxury linen and towels and thoughtful decor. The light filled open plan living and dining area flows out onto a private terrace with alfresco dining and an electric grill for your summer barbecues while you watch the snorkelers and paddleboarders pass by. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso machine, and a full range of cookware. The bathroom features a contemporary design with a walk-in shower with Salus body products. The apartment has air conditioning throughout for comfort during the summer months.

Located on Fairy Bower, you are perfectly positioned to explore the pristine waters of the Cabbage Tree Bay Aquatic Reserve and Shelly Beach. The best of Manly beach life, including the iconic surf breaks, local cafes, are right on your doorstep, making this apartment the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure for your next coastal getaway.



Guest Access:

The apartment features two entrances. The first main entrance is through the main building entrance and is the first apartment. There is also a private entrance via the opposite side of the building onto the private terrace. There are also two building entry's, the first on Marine Parade from the promenade which is a 10-minute walk into the heart of Manly. The second entry is via Bower Street and the best access point for arrival. We have one private car space on site for a small to medium size car.



The Neighborhood:

Located in one of the most sought after spots in Manly you could not ask for a better location. Situated on Fairy Bower you are conveniently positioned between Manly Beach and Shelly Beach with the Fairy Bower Pool less than 200 meters from your door. With popular cafes, trendy bars and world class eats at your fingertips you get the best of this iconic location while also enjoying all that Cabbage Tree Bay has to offer. From snorkeling to surfing or scenic walks to hot yoga, it is hard to beat this summer hot spot situated just a 10-minute stroll from the center of Manly.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy thanks to the convenient public transport options in Manly. You can take a pleasant walk along the coastal path into the town center, where you can catch the scenic 25-minute ferry to Circular Quay in the city. Alternatively, you can hop on a bus to connect with the B Line service headed to Wynyard station. Either way, you are just 30 to 40 minutes away from the city center. We provide a small car space in the rear building. The height limit is 1.85m and it will fit a small to medium-size car. Please also be aware that the driveway is narrow therefore we would not recommend attempting to take a large car down the driveway. There are mirrors on the driveway to assist. Street parking is limited as most of Manly enforces 2-hour maximum street Parking. Please see our welcome book for the limited unrestricted parking locations in the area.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is not set up for families with children under the age of 5 years old.

There are some stairs to access the building from both the rear and front entrances.
