Casa Erika

Très bel appartement, bien équipé, spacieux, confortable et très propre face à la mer. La propriétaire Erika est charmante, bienveillante, disponible pour toute aide et informations. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

En raison des travaux sur Bova Marina, l’accès à la résidence n’a pas été facile à trouver mais Erika est venue à notre rencontre. La voie ferrée est juste derrière la residence mais les trains ne passent pas la nuit.

Sehr großes und toll ausgestattetes Apartment direkt am Meer. Sensationell war die große überdachte Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Die Lage war top, um einige schöne Orte wie Bova oder Pentidattilo zu erkunden. Ein gutes Lokal mit toller Lage an einem schönen kleinen Platz mit sehr guter Pizza ist fussläufig erreichbar und ein anderes mit toller einheimischer Küche und Musik ist ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Erika ist eine tolle und warmherzige Gastgeberin, die uns tolle Tipps gegeben hat und immer nachgefragt hat ob wir alles haben. Das Apartment ist unglaublich sauber und das Bett war hervorragend. Wir wollten spontan noch verlängern, aber leider war es schon ausgebucht. Wir hatten unglaublich erholsame Tage.

Sehr sauber und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Tessasse und direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und alle wichtige Utensilien sind vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr aufmerksam. Es wurde sogar eine Kleinigkeit zum Frühstück bereitgestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt wären Fliegennetze an den Fenstern schön um nachts lüften zu können.

The property in located on the beach and you have amazing view of the beach

On this occasion we ware disturbed but our above neighbours which had some kind of party three nights in a row. Wecouldn’t get any sleep with a young baby. In addition to this I feel that the owners could pay more attention to making the apartment more homely like having a proper sofa in the front room to watch TV and maybe a rug on the floor. Just a little bit more to TLC on the property to bring it up to modern standards. Apart from that the property is large and spacious. They do need to upgrade the hot water systerm this is not always constant and I feel that it needs to be a baby kids in the property.
