A good option if you're mainly looking for a place to sleep and shower while spending most of the day out. Despite seeming quite far from the city centre, don't let the location discourage you. If you're without a car, the nearest subway station is only a 10–15 CAD taxi ride away.
The property could benefit from investing a little in basic furnishings and amenities. There were no basic things like a table, chairs, or even drinking glasses, despite there being an electric kettle. A few hundred dollars spent on a table and a set of chairs from Facebook Marketplace could have made the stay much more comfortable.
