This 3 bedroom Heavenly/Bavarian "stay and play" Condo is situated perfectly in the Heart of The Bavarian Village Resort and based minutes from World Class Heavenly Mountain Resort, World Famous Stateline Nevada and of course all that Lake Tahoe has to offer in the way of Beaches, Hiking, food, gaming and all sorts of indoor/outdoor adventure. This well appointed ground floor unit (no stairs) condo has been requested over and over again by past guests and is always in demand and for good has everything the Lake Tahoe traveler will need for their daily outdoor excursions whether it be skiing, riding, mountain biking, fly fishing , hiking or just re-charging the batteries and upon returning from your adventures this perfect Bavarian retreat will work absolute wonders for your Lake Tahoe vacation.

When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.
Tahoe has experiences frequent power outages during snow, rain, wind events. We provide lanterns, but sometimes they disappear (or batteries vanish)

The property is on the ground floor, conveniently located less than a mile away from Heavenly and Safeway. The kitchen is well-stocked, but there was only a small amount of diluted dish soap and nothing to wash dishes with (sponges, brush, etc.). The kitchen has the only working, well-adjustable faucet: the faucets in the bathrooms are very old, outdated and need to be replaced. There are two settings for water temperature: either icy cold or scalding hot. This can be very dangerous; especially, for small children. The master bathroom was dirty - hair on the floor and walls and both bathrooms need to be completely remodeled (wall tile is cracked and moldy). Each room has an HD flat screen TV, but the TVs are not secured in any way, just sitting on a unsafe piece of furniture, which is again a big danger to small children if it were to tip over, not to mention the hanging cables behind the TV (uncovered and unorganized under a layer of dust). I would recommend this property to a family with older kids (no toddlers or small kids) and would not rent again unless the changes were made. Overall, it met our needs.
