Leirvikneset Panoramic Sea View House

The property itself is a very pleasant place to be with absolutely stunning views out over a busy shipping lane. There was hardly ever a moment there was not something happening on the water. However, there is no noise from this and you still have a lot of privacy. The host had made sure we felt welcome by upping the heating to a comfortable level and turning lights on as we had an evening arrival. The property was very clean and well maintained and all amenities you can want are available. This does include a Nespresso coffee maker. The host is a very pleasant person who is in for a chat about what to do. He holds the knowledge of a tourguide and really knows where to go. My advise is to take his tips seriously. The hosts live next door which makes it very easy. The tv remote was missing and the very next day a replacement was arranged. The area is very nice and quiet, with quick and easy access to all the main roads. Last but not least is that from the property you have a beautiful view of three big bridges, again without any noise pollution. You are also very close to the Bergen airport. This can lead to some planes flying overhead, which we didn’t find disturbing at all. When inside this is hardly noticeable. We brought are dogs with us for whom the house was very pleasant as well. The patio is secluded so they can roam around freely and there is ample opportunity for the most beautiful dogwalks you can wish for. Close by and further away. Whenever I am in the Bergen area, I will definitely try to come back to this property.

It‘s a very nice an cosy (not small cosy! comfortable cosy) house with a great livingroom and a wide and wonderful balcony with a fantastic view over the Fjord. Our landlord informed us about of insider tips, helped us a lot to find some fishing places and with the equipment - thank you!!!!

You need a car for groceries. But we got a great tip from our landlord for a butcher, 250 meter from the house. Thanks!
