Austin Homes

We had a great stay and really loved the nice ambience. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was super helpful. It is a wonderful, affordable place to stay.

😐

The room we got was not the one we saw when we booked.. When we went there, we were the only guests that day.. No one was there at the time we went. We had to call the staff to get them. At the time of booking, they said that we had to make the payment after reaching the property, but they said that we had to call and make an advance payment and that they were blocking our room because they had other inquiries.. When we went there, we were the only ones there.. I felt like they lied.. Let it all go.. The room was not worth the money we paid.. It was not clean.. It was like someone had used it.. The mattress and comforter were not clean.. Then there was no phone available to call if there was anything there. There was no plug point at the bedside.. Even the balance of someone's mineral water was there.. Overall, I did not feel very satisfied with my stay there.. We had vacated it in the morning itself 👍🏻
