Soleil Luxury Margate Apartments

Well located and it was spacious

The electronic key was a was an issue and didn’t work often with a lift, which was concerning. Clearly, the property was still under construction and the apartment door did not lock with the electronic key. Further inspection you could see that the allowance for electronic locking had not been installed. You had to ring reception at another establishment, and placed on hold for a significant time before a general query concerning parking was answered. There, what seems to be Building dust throughout the property, defect tape was on the fan. Dishwasher did not work, no instructions on how to use the Facilities were provided. The dishwasher had not been emptied and the rubbish not taken out from either builders or previous tenants.

Lovely location, close to beach and boardwalk for walks. Restaurants close by

nothing

Great size rooms and close to the beach

The property was in a great location, and was very modern. The gift basket was a lovely touch

The property was clearly still undergoing works, there was blue masking tape that highlighted all the areas within the apartment that needed attention which was a bit disappointing. The whole apartment had modern industrial feel but could have used a more additions like a rug in the living room, the floor was very cold and a TV in the bedroom. There was also quite a big gap in the shower door that allowed water through.
