VILLA ROSABEL HOLIDAY HOME IN BENISSA

Villa Rosabel is located in a quiet villa neighbourhood in Benissa near the beautiful Moraira. With its large private swimming pool and lounge set, this is the perfect place to relax. The nearest beach (Cala Baladrar) is just 1.4 km away. From here, you have a spectacular view of the Ifach (rock of Calpe). Visit the fishing village of Moraira with its nice bars, restaurants and shops or spend your day on the fine sandy beach of this village (4.4 km).



LAYOUT VILLA ROSABEL

Ground floor:

This is a detached holiday home with one floor and studio. Upon entering, you walk to the right into the living room. Here you will find a seating area, air conditioning, fireplace, television with Dutch channels and electric floor heating. Further on you will find the spacious naya with dining area. From here you can go to the roof terrace via a staircase. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, hob, citrus press, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The hallway leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and window screens. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a double bed, air conditioning and window screens. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet. This villa also has wifi.



Studio:

The entrance to the studio can be found outside by the side of the swimming pool. Upon entering, you walk into the bedroom. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, air conditioning, and window screens. The studio also features a small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, oven, and refrigerator. Bathroom 2 has a toilet, shower, sink, and washing machine.



OUTSIDE AT VILLA ROSABEL

Villa Rosabel is a detached villa where you can walk around. On both sides of the house, you will find pleasant seating areas to enjoy the sun. At the back of the villa, you will find the spacious swimming pool (8x4 metres and 1.20 - 1.90 metres deep) with 6 sun loungers and a parasol around it. Almost next to the private swimming pool is an outdoor shower. There is also a lounge set here. There is a dining table and a mobile gas barbecue to cook deliciously on warm summer evenings.

The screening plants around the swimming pool area of the villa have recently been replanted and are still low, providing a view of the neighbouring garden and vice versa. There is space for one car under the carport.

Particularities

– During the period from July through August, we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. In the other months, we offer flexible arrival and departure days.

– We require a minimum stay of 7 days.

– We recommend hiring a car at this destination.

Deposit

A deposit of €350,- applies to your stay. The deposit must be paid well in advance of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.

To manage the deposit settlement effectively, we use Swikly, a secure online system specialised in processing deposits via credit card. You pay the deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange the deposit well in advance. Deduction will only occur in the event of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.



STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS

In this property, winter rental from November to March is not possible.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered short-term rental in accordance with law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract prior to arrival
