Upon your arrival, you will find easy and private access to the home via a lockbox at the front door. Your personal entry code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival for your convenience. Throughout your stay, you have full access to the entire property, including all three bedrooms, the dedicated game room, and the spacious kitchen and dining areas. You are also encouraged to make the most of our outdoor amenities, including the hot tub, BBQ grill, and fire pit, which are provided exclusively for your enjoyment during your time in Big Bear Lake.

Helpful Stay Details. Check-in time is 16:00 and check-out is 10:00. Please note that smoking is not allowed and quiet hours are observed from 20:00 to 07:00. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. For your comfort and the safety of the home, keep the thermostat at 55 degrees upon checkout and ensure the hot tub is covered and set to 80 degrees. The fireplace is wood-burning, requiring your own firewood and lighter, while the fire pit and BBQ use propane. There is no air conditioning on the property. Please remember to log out of your streaming accounts on the TVs before you depart. Trash must be removed from the property and taken to the designated Clean Bear sites at 41970 Garstin Drive or 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Leaving trash on-site will result in a 50 dollar fee per bag.
