Shared amenities include an outdoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, cold plunge, fitness centre, co-working spaces and a waterfront boardwalk.
Step into this bright and luxurious three-bedroom condo with beautiful lake views overlooking AQUA’s pool and amenity deck. The open-concept living area features a cozy tiled fireplace, comfortable seating and access to the private outdoor space. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end Thermador appliances and an oversized wine fridge.
Sleeping arrangements:
Primary bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet and spa-inspired ensuite
Second bedroom: Queen bed
Third bedroom: Twin-over-double bunk bed
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo and private balcony during their stay.
Guests also have access to AQUA’s shared amenities, including the outdoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, cold plunge, fitness centre, co-working spaces, common gathering areas and waterfront boardwalk.

Pets are not permitted.
Guests must follow all building and strata rules. Any strata fines resulting from guest violations will be charged back to the guest.
Building fobs must be returned at checkout. Lost or unreturned fobs are subject to a $200 replacement fee.
