Located in the Mallard Point area, it is a short drive to Norfolk Lake and located 1 mile from Cranfield Boat Dock. The home is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and downtown Mountain Home. Enjoy the spectacular lake views from the screened in porch, large deck or take a stroll on the property walking paths. This home is perfect for a small group of friends or a family gathering as the home sleeps up to 9 people with 3 bedrooms (queen size beds), a sleeper sofa and a futon.
The 2nd bedroom has a Nashville flair, featuring Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash and Grand Ole Opry memorabilia. Bedroom #3 has a rustic, lodge feel featuring black bear decor. Attached to the kitchen is a large dining area which flows into the cozy den with a fireplace. For your quiet times, escape to the separate living room which overlooks the lake.
Enjoy a variety of cards and board games, a dart board, smart TV, cable and free WI Fi as you relax and enjoy the peace and serenity that this home offers. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig, toaster, microwave, crock pot, dishes, pots and pans, paper products such as aluminum foil and zip lock bags, spices and even a miscellaneous drawer of essentials.
