There are several nearby walking routes where you can enjoy the stunning landscape, with the small village of Sveti Lovrec just 5 minutes’ drive away, with a mini market, cafe and pizzeria. WiFi and air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living area are included.

Surrounded by olive trees and rolling fields, Villa Lanca offers an ideal countryside escape. There are several walking routes nearby, allowing you to explore your beautiful surroundings. A 5 minute drive will take you to the small village of Sveti Lovrec, where you’ll find a pizzeria, cafe and mini market. The large coastal towns of Porec and Rovinj are both easily reached within a 30 minute drive. Both have stunning historic Old Towns with charming, cobbled streets and hidden squares, a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops, plus beautiful waterfront settings. There are a number of picturesque coves and beaches reached in a 30 minute drive, plus a variety of local towns including Motovun and Groznjan are nearby too.
