Evening entertainment is provided by an LDC with satellite channels, a Bluray player, radio, books and a collection of games. There is central heating with a radiator in each room, apart from the hallway. A child’s bed and a highchair can be provided on request.
The outdoor area has a bicycle stand, a balcony with garden furniture and a pond with a stream in the shared garden. There is a car parking space on site, which can be used on agreement with the owner, but you can also always find free spaces on the street in front of the house.

Holiday on the outskirts of Dresden – almost rural, but within easy access of the centre by tram (a stop 200 metres away). If you are looking for trade fair accommodation in Dresden you can save yourself the stress of looking for a parking space at the trade fair grounds and book your accommodation here for two to five people. It is barely 30 minutes by tram from door to door. You can also stop off in the evening in the historical old town or the trendy district Dresden-Neustadt, as tram line 11 runs practically the whole night. The nearest grocery shops are about 500 metres away.
